Our Vision

Is to have a supportive business environment that embraces viable independent minority entrepreneurs and Intrapreneurs who run and own "meaningful" businesses that contributes strategically to the commerce in their community.

Our Mission

To target and help black minority entrepreneurs to own, manage and sustain "meaningful" businesses that employ staff to attain economic success by increasing their awareness of best practices and successful business strategies.

Our Strategy

In accomplishing this mission, we will embrace these core values:

  • Respect the wealth of business information within the business community at large and seek to disseminate this information throughout the black (African American) minority business community.
  • Respond effectively to opportunities where disadvantage minority businesses can benefit and make an important impact on the general business community.
  • Results must be expected, measured and accounted for. Execution using best practices must be seen as the best solution to achieving results.
  • Recognition of the abilities, capabilities, and productivity of "meaningful" black (African American) minority businesses must be established while avoiding the appearance of favoritism.
  • Relationships are the foundation for developing a meaningful business.

Our Philosophy

We believe that there is an entrepreneurial spirit in all of us. Preparation is the way to change and anticipation is the key to gain. With hard work, experience, and perseverance, we focus on the commitments that we plan to keep while building our businesses. We are aware of the risks of failure and seek the calculated financial rewards that come with being profitable and successful. We will find a way to prosper our businesses so that our families and others can enjoy a meaningful life.
